Directions to the Circus

Lights…Camera…Action! Get ready to roll with the 28th, all-new Big Apple Circus, when Grandma the Clown leads an international celebrity cast in this splendiferous circus of movie mayhem. The Big Apple Band strikes up the music as acrobats flip, balance and twirl with superhero derring-do, launching off the teeterboard, lifting a man with the palm of a hand. Trapeze artists and aerialists soar across the big top, hushed spectators staring in awe, gasping in delight. A quartet of jugglers must be in fast forward—a dizzying whirl—and clowns joke around in a slapstick skit, to laughter galore. What would be cinema or circus without canine comedians? From little Chihuahua Scooby to fluffy white dogs, they win the nomination of the kids and the grownups. Add to the troupe a ventriloquist, equestrian, singer and dancers—and you'll see stars—in this Big Apple Hollywood spectacular!

Big Apple Circus was founded by Dartmouth alum Paul Binder.
