Imagine a configuration of dancers so entangled you can't count them. Or the visual conundrum of a fantastic animal that turns out to be a living sculpture of human bodies. This is the genius of Pilobolus, which started 35 years ago in a Dartmouth dance class and is now “the most popular modern dance company in the country” (New York Post). Celebrate the revolutionary legacy of Pilobolus with a program that includes the world premiere of B'zyrk, a Dartmouth-commissioned work.

Presented in celebration of the Dartmouth College Library Pilobolus Archives, a resource for dance students and scholars.
Supported in part by the National Endowment for the Arts.
