The Young@Heart Chorus is no rest-home sing-along. Darlings of the media from TIME to The Daily Show and a sensation at European festivals, these surprising octogenarians take a “walk on the wild side,” melting hearts and blowing minds. With their live band, they create a knock-your-socks off, “profound, haunting drama, a musical celebration of life on the edge of losing it...gripping...musical theatre” (Sunday Telegraph). Comic but shrewdly ironic, they belt out loaded lyrics of the Beatles, Stones, Clash and OutKast: “What a drag it is getting old!” “Should I Stay or Should I Go?” Transformed by age but still the same, the Massachusetts- based chorus triumphantly asserts its final passion, “Forever Young!”

Cosponsored by the Dartmouth Community Medical School with support from a generous contribution from the Grimshaw-Gudewicz Charitable Foundation.
Supported in part by the National Endowment for the Arts.
