Joined by internationally renowned Dutch cellist Pieter Wispelwey, whose breathtaking, “deeply communicative and highly individual performances” (The New York Times) win the hearts of critics and public alike, the ACO brings to the Hop Corelli's sparkling Concerto Grosso in F Major; Debussy's haunting Preludes, Book 1 “The Girl with the Flaxen Hair”; Tchaikovsky's Souvenir de Florence; and the Haydn Cello Concerto.
