Dean Obeidallah muses, “On September 10, I went to bed a white guy, on September 11, I woke up an Arab.” The lawyer-turned-comedian riffs on everything from arranged marriages to airport security to why it's now hip to be Arab. As founder of the Arab-American Comedy Festival, member of the Axis of Evil Comedy Tour and co-creator of Comedy Central's The Watch List, Obeidallah unflinchingly probes the comic undertones of being Arab-American in the U.S. today.

Contains adult language and themes.

Presented in conjunction with the Humanities Institute 2007 “No Laughing Matter: Visual Humor in Ideas of Race, Nationality and Ethnicity.” Click here for more info.
