Film Special: Nuremberg: Its Lesson for Today
Restoration producer Sandra Schulberg in person. Discussion follows.
The film Nuremberg, made in 1948 by Stuart Schulberg, captured the world’s most famous trial. Inexplicably, it was never shown in the US and essentially disappeared. Thanks to a careful restoration by Schulberg’s daughter, we can now finally witness the defendants, masterful prosecution and horrifying Nazi home movies. D: Stuart Schulberg, US, English/German with subtitles, 1948, 78 minutes
