Dartmouth Chinese Dance Troupe: 2011: Year of the Rabbit

Chinese New Year is a family affair, a celebratory time of reunion and thanksgiving honoring one’s ancestors and community.  February 3rd welcomes the year of the Rabbit.  Dartmouth’s Chinese Dance Troupe brings this festive holiday to life with traditional East Asian dances, among them the Chinese Lion Dance, and the Filipino Tinikling Dance.
