MEMBER LOG-IN INSTRUCTIONS

TEST-DRIVE your account NOW to help avoid delays during online ordering!

  • Hover over LOG-IN/MY ACCOUNT at the top of the homepage, then click on the pink MEMBER LOG-IN
  • On the next screen, click on the box that corresponds to the number of events for which you will be purchasing tickets. This will bring you to the HOPKINS CENTER MEMBERS login page

Then...

If you know your Membership username and password:
  • Enter your username and password and click SUBMIT. You are logged in when you see your name next to the shopping cart at the bottom of the page
Or...

If you know your Membership username but have forgotten your password:
  • Click Forgot password? on the log-in page, right above the SUBMIT button
  • Enter your Member username and the email address linked to your Membership username
  • Click SEND A *TEMPORARY*PASSWORD and close/quit your browser session important!
  • Your temporary password will be sent to the email address you entered as instructed above. Look for a message from DarTix@Dartmouth.edu. (It may take a few minutes for the system to generate the temporary password email. Be sure to check your Junk or Spam folder)
  • Re-open your web browser and return to the Hopkins Center Member log-in page, as instructed above, at hop.dartmouth.edu
  • Enter your Member username in the USERNAME box
  • Copy and paste the temporary password you received via email in the PASSWORD box
  • Click SUBMIT
  • Next, change the temporary password to one of your choosing which must be SEVEN CHARACTERS LONG and must include one UPPER CASE LETTER and one SYMBOL.

If you are unsure of your Membership username or email address, please call the Hop Box Office at (603) 646-2422 or the Hop Membership office at
(603) 646-2006.


Once logged in, purchase tickets by:
  • clicking on Performances or Film (menu towards top) and then on the event you are looking for.
  • On the event information page, click BUY
  • Select the CHOOSE SEATS or the BEST AVAILABLE option
Continue with BEST AVAILABLE:
  • Under Quantity enter the desired # of seats next to the applicable price type
  • Click CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT
Continue with CHOOSE SEATS:
  • Click on the desired seating section on the map.
  • Click the desired seat and then applicable price type, ex. “Member, Adult (no fee).”  Each seat must be selected separately.
  • Click ADD SELECTED SEATS TO MY SHOPPING CART (bottom left) when done selecting seats and price types

Complete Your Order:
  • Click CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT
  • Select your delivery method—you may have your tickets mailed to you for a $4 charge or leave them in Will Call at the Box Office—and click CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT
  • Select a How Did You Hear answer required
  • Then, select your payment method, enter credit card information as requested, and click *** BUY ***
  • An order confirmation will be emailed to you important! If you haven't received a confirmation of your order in a few minutes, check your Spam/Junk folder. If you still don't have the confirmation, CALL THE HOP BOX OFFICE (603) 646-2422 because your order may not have gone through properly.
