Hop tickets are delivered as mobile tickets so that you can skip the Will Call line by showing the ticket QR code(s) to the usher at the venue. Your mobile tickets will be delivered to your email 48 hours before the performance. We strongly recommend adding your tickets to your Apple or Google Wallet upon receiving this email for easy access at the performance.

How to Select the Will Call Ticket Option

If you prefer printed, Will Call tickets, select "Change Delivery Method" under Ticket Delivery Selection on the checkout screen. You will then have an option to select Will Call or Mobile Tickets.

Will Call tickets are available 30 minutes before each performance at the venue. 

How to Access and Use Your Mobile Tickets

If you selected mobile tickets at checkout, you will receive a separate email containing QR code(s) within 90 days of the performance. This email will come from "Hopkins Center Box Office" and will contain a link to add tickets to your Apple or Google Wallet.

This email should arrive in the next 15 minutes, unless the date of your performance is in the distant future, in which case your mobile tickets will be delivered 90 days in advance of the event. This email will also contain a link to add tickets to your Apple or Google Wallet.

Starting one hour prior to your event, you can also access your mobile tickets through the Upcoming Events section of your account. Click on the bright yellow "View Tickets" button next to the name of your event and present the QR code(s) to the usher at the entrance to the venue.
