The arts are everywhere... across campus, around the region, and even on our couches, thanks to Hop Members.
Membership contributions not only help make these arts events possible, but they help us make them more accessible to everyone in our community by subsidizing ticket prices and supporting community programs. Your Membership support today is more important than ever because it translates directly into removing barriers so that everyone in our community can fully experience the arts.
If you would like to give the gift of membership, please contact the Box Office at 603.646.2422 or hop.box@dartmouth.edu
The Hop has long been committed to artistic programming that upends stereotypes and opens our eyes to the full range of human experience across race, gender and ability. We've always thought of ourselves as a place where our entire community can come together and where all are welcome. But over the past year, tragic acts of violence against BIPOC and AAPI communities in this country have shown us that this is not enough. If we want to see change, our institution must proactively become antiracist.
Through months-long introspection by our staff and collaboration with our colleagues at other university performing arts centers, we've committed to a set of action steps to dismantle the hierarchy and privilege of our traditional Membership model and carry us forward into a new chapter of mission-driven philanthropy, equity and inclusion. You'll see this reflected in our new Membership materials that focus on the impact of your gift at each level.
