The iconic Borat returns, with his signature irreverent humor, to redeem his country's glory.
21/22 Hop Film
In this sequel to the groundbreaking 2006 film, Sacha Baron Cohen sets out to make comedy out of the various horrors of 2019-2020. After 14 years of forced labor in a gulag for the dishonor inflicted on his country in his previous misadventures, Kazakh journalist Borat Sagdiyev is released with a mission. He must deliver Kazakh Minister of Culture (and the country's most famous porn actor) to President Donald Trump in an attempt to redeem the nation. Along the way, accompanied by his 15-year-old daughter, Borat tangles with QAnon, Holocaust denial and ultimately COVID-19 with his same brand of irreverent humor.
