Dartmouth Film Society 75thThroughout our year long celebration of the Dartmouth Film Society's 75th anniversary, the Hop is celebrating alumni connections to Hollywood—but nothing demonstrates the power of the "Dartmouth mafia" in entertainment like the collaborations between veteran TV producer Andrew Singer '00 and Tom Wellington '00, head of scripted television at William Morris Endeavor.
This event will kick off with a selection of episodes from Andrew and Tom's best work together, which has included such hit TV and streaming shows as AP Bio, The Other Two, Schmigadoon, Portlandia and more. Andrew and Tom will then share some of their post-Dartmouth journey into the entertainment industry, offer advice to students and reflect on changing trends in television, streaming and comedy.
The screening will run approx 1h, followed by a 45m conversation.
