Before 3D printing, it was common for jewelers to carve rings for lost wax casting out of jeweler's carving wax. In two demonstration-only sessions, we'll show you how to hand-carve a wax ring for a cabochon setting, cast it in sterling silver and hammer-set a cabochon-shaped stone.
