Open to All Students 
Cost: $25; All tools and materials sent via USPS (continental U.S. only)
Instructor: Jenny Swanson

Dates for two sessions:
Thursday, Feb 18 from 5-6 pm ET and Thursday, Feb 25 from 5-6 pm ET
Attendance at both sessions required.
Registration deadline Thursday, Feb 4 at 11:59 pm. (Students on campus may be able to register late by contacting the Ceramics Studio.)
15 students

Students will make several projects to develop hand-building skills and gain an understanding of tools and materials.

Session #1: Pinching a form, finding a balance
Thursday, Feb 18 from 5-6 pm ET
Make pinched forms with soft clay and add coils to the top edge to increase size.

Session #2: Using a Mold With Coils
Thursday, Feb 25 from 5-6 pm ET
Build a form with clay coils inside a simple bowl mold. Finish and alter forms with a paddle and burnish.

Open one hour prior to all ticketed events.
There will be extended hours 12-5 pm Tuesday-Friday from July 9-26 for the Live Season On Sale.
