Playwrights Isaiah Hines, Jeremy O' Brian, Johnny G. Lloyd, Sheldon Shaw and Keelay Gipson with JAG Producing Artistic Director Jarvis Green share their perspectives as artists of color working in the theater industry.
The discussion will be moderated by playwright Kirya Traber and will focus on the practical daily challenges of building a career and a life as a creative artist in today's world.
JAG Productions, a professional theater based in White River Jct, is dedicated to the production of classic and contemporary African-American theatre, nurturing compassion and empathy via the lens of the African-American experience. JAG's fourth annual festival of new works, JAGfest 4.0, will take place from February 7-9.
