Join the Ceramics Studio to create fun ornaments that can be easily made with simple ingredients from your own kitchen.
20/21 Classes & WorkshopsSession #1: Saturday, Dec 5, 1-2 pm ET
Getting Ready: Choosing the best recipe for your project, organizing a shopping list for ingredients (salt and cornstarch doughs), sourcing tools and materials for decorating and display. A little stovetop cooking is required before the start of Session #2.
Session #2: Monday, Dec 7, 5-6 pm ET
Making ornaments: Working together with the prepared cornstarch and salt doughs, we will cover techniques and strategies for making and finishing ornaments.
Free and open to Dartmouth students, employees and Hop Members.
