An Exploration of One Family's Journey
20/21 Member EventJoin us for a conversation about the film Our Time Machine and how the arts can offer ways to transcend cognitive barriers. Jeffrey Cohen, Chair of Neurology at Dartmouth's Geisel School of Medicine, will moderate the discussion between Mary Lou Aleskie, Howard L. Gilman '44 Director of the Hop and Aleksandra Stark, Assistant Professor of Neurology at Geisel.
Our Time Machine follows the story of Maleonn, an artist who creates a play with life-size mechanical puppets in response to the onset of his father's dementia. The Hop presents Our Time Machine on demand Feb 4-10.
