How To Use The Bindle App

Bindle is a secure, free and easy-to-use app adopted by many cultural institutions to confirm that you comply with health screening protocols while protecting your privacy.

While we also accept paper or digital documentation of your vaccination or recent negative COVID-19 test, Bindle is the fastest and easiest way for you to pass our health screenings, pick up your tickets and get to your seats.

Below are instructions for setting up Bindle on your device:

  1. Download the Bindle app on your device by visiting the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your mobile device and search for "My Bindle."
  2. To create an account you will need: a profile photo/selfie and a photo of your COVID-19 vaccination card or recent negative test result (administered within 72 hours).
  3. Open "My Bindle" and set up your account by uploading your profile photo and entering your information.
  4. As a final step, you'll be prompted to type in a verification code that is sent to your email.
  5. In the menu on the bottom of the screen, click on "My Certificates," then tap the "+" button to upload a photo of your COVID-19 vaccination record card or a recent negative test result.
  6. To create an Entry Pass, tap My Passes in the menu at the bottom of the screen, then tap the search button (the magnifying glass), and type in "Hopkins Center for the Arts" in the search field. Once the Hopkins Center tile appears, tap on it, then click "Create Entry Pass."
  7. You'll be presented with an Entry Pass including your selfie, a QR code and an expiration date. The pass will be stored in your Bindle in "My Passes" and can be reused until it expires.
  8. When you arrive at the Hop, our staff will view or scan your Entry Pass to verify your compliance with our requirements.
