About Don Pease
Don Pease is an expert on 19th- and 20th-century American literature and literary theory and is the founder/director of the Futures of American Studies Institute. He has written numerous books and over 100 articles on figures in American and British literature. Pease is the editor of The New Americanist series, which has transformed the field of American studies. He is the Ted and Helen Geisel Third Century Professor in the Humanities and the Chair of the Master of Arts in Liberal Studies Program at Dartmouth.
About Karin Coonrod
Called "prodigiously inventive" by The New York Times, Karin Coonrod is a director whose work has been seen and heard across the country and around the world. Coonrod founded two theater companies: Arden Party in downtown New York from 1987-1997 and Compagnia de' Colombari (2004-present), an international company which began a new tradition of theater in Orvieto, Italy. As a guest artist and teacher, Coonrod has developed work at NYU, Harvard, Stanford, Columbia, Cal Arts, Fordham, Gordon College and University of Iowa. She is on the faculty at Yale School of Drama.
About Carl Hancock Rux
Carl Hancock Rux is an award-winning poet, playwright, novelist, essayist and recording artist. He is the former head of the MFA Writing for Performance Program at the California Institute of the Arts (2006–09) and has taught or been in residence at the University of California–San Diego, Stanford University, the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Hollins University, the University of Iowa and Brown University. http://carlhancockrux.com/
About Michael Potts
Michael Potts is an American actor, best known for playing the roles of Brother Mouzone in The Wire and Mafala Hatimbi in the musical The Book of Mormon. He is one of the original creators of More or Less I Am.
