Hanunder Festival

HanUnder Arts Festival

A weekend of electric performance, genre-defying innovation and stories told from the heart—by students, for you.

April 23-25, 2026

Welcome to the annual HanUnder Arts Festival! This experience is envisioned, organized and executed by students and highlights the extensive range and depth of student art at Dartmouth. The three-day festival will be held in our newly renovated Hopkins Center for the Arts, providing revamped spaces for students to perform and exhibit their work. The Top of the Hop, Roth Studio Theatre and Spaulding Auditorium will be filled with the innovative, heart-filled work of Dartmouth Students, and we want YOU to attend.

Thu, Apr 23: Day 1.1 | Day 1.2 | Day 1.3
HanUnder Day 1 showcases the variety and depth of student art practiced on Dartmouth's campus, from visual art to poetry to modern classical music to magic to aerial arts to Americana music.

Fri, Apr 24: Day 2.1 | Day 2.2 | Battle of the Bands | Day 2.4
HanUnder Day 2 celebrates student music and dance. Singer-songwriters? Check. Dance ensembles? Check. Solo dance artists? Check. Drag performances? Check. Rock bands? Check.  DJs?  Check.

Sat, Apr 25: Day 3
HanUnder Day 3 exhibits students making sonic art, films and theatre. Come to the Roth Studio Theatre and spend your Saturday enjoying sound, curated films and side-splitting theatre. Then join us for a concluding ceremony in the Hop atrium to view the final product of a sculpture built over the festival's three days.
