SBIFF Trailer - Katherine Dudas' Juniper

Mack (Madison Lawlor) is a highly independent young woman, so in the wake of her sister's tragic death she escapes to her family's rustic cabin to grieve in her own way—with tarot cards and a handle of gin. But her seclusion is quickly cut short when her Type-A childhood bestie, Alex (Decker Sadowski '14), crashes the private grief retreat, bringing her own offbeat friend, Dylan (Olivia Blue), along with her. Tensions rise as the group struggles with different ways of processing grief, and the true reason for Alex's visit comes to the surface.
