A new work offers vulnerable insight into the intimate relationship between writing and memory.
22/23 Theater DepartmentOrphan Play is a new work by Maggie MacDonald '23 which follows a playwright as she tries to write an autobiographical play. As she writes, she begins to relive her memories in the theatrical space of her imagination. Based on MacDonald's life, Orphan Play grapples with grief, loss and the traumas of growing up.
