Build emotional intelligence and resilience using interactive emotional regulation strategies! Participants will learn how to stay steady in the face of big feelings. Mama Nous (Ma*Ma*Noo) is known for her catchy melodies and thoughtful, uplifting lyrics that help kids (and adults!) gently build emotional intelligence and resilience through the joy and healing powers of music.

Registration is encouraged but not required. All ages are welcome.
