A cultural and musical collision of two continents.

21/22 Youth & Families

The Burlington, Vermont-based band A2VT synthesizes their African musical and dance roots with Western pop and Hip Hop. With band members representing Somalia, Tanzania and Burundi, they perform songs in up to eight unique languages, reflecting their journey from Africa to America. Join the party and celebrate the music and dance of two continents!

HopStops are free, but registration is required.

Given the outdoor nature of this event, there will be no COVID-19 vaccinations or testing requirements for attendees. All audience members are asked to comply with Dartmouth College's COVID-19 visitor guidelines at the show on Dartmouth's campus and Claremont, NH's COVID-19 guidelines at the show at Broad St. Park in Claremont.

In case of inclement weather, this performance will be rescheduled to Sunday, October 10th.
